These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of lusterinfra.com (the "Site"), operated by Luster Infrastructure LLC ("Luster", "we"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site, request quotes, and download materials we make available, for legitimate business purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site's content without our written consent;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting an RFQ.
2. Quotes and orders
Information on the Site — including product specifications, standard references, and lead time guidance — is provided for general reference. Binding quotes, prices, and terms are issued only via signed quotation documents or written agreement. We reserve the right to update specifications and product offerings without notice.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, photography, logos, product designs, drawings, and structured documentation, is owned by Luster or our parent manufacturer, Hubei LZB Metal Products Co., Ltd.. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Watermarked certifications shown on the Site are specimen copies. Verified, unwatermarked copies are issued directly for procurement and submittal review on a per-project basis.
4. Third-party content and standards
Standard plan references (e.g., SPPWC, AASHTO, ASTM, EN 124) are mentioned for technical equivalence and remain the intellectual property of their respective standards bodies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing those bodies.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specification reference shown here matches the most recent version of a referenced standard. Always confirm critical specifications against the latest published standard or your project documents.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or these Terms is limited to USD $100.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Luster harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
