Luster Infrastructure LLC ("Luster", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit lusterinfra.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the rights you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit a contact or request-for-quote (RFQ) form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. We may also receive any additional information you include in your message or attachments — for example, project drawings, spec sections, or plan references.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. If we have enabled Google Analytics 4, it sets a small number of cookies that help us understand which pages are viewed and how visitors move between them, in aggregate.
2. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and submittal documents, and communicate with you about your project. We use server logs and analytics to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Site or respond to your inquiry, including Cloudflare (hosting / CDN / security), Web3Forms (contact-form delivery), and Google Analytics (aggregate site usage analytics);
- Our parent manufacturer, Hubei LZB Metal Products Co., Ltd., when needed to fulfill your order or prepare a quote;
- Legal authorities when required by law.
4. Cookies and tracking
Cloudflare may set security and performance cookies necessary to operate the Site. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the Site will continue to function.
5. Your rights (California / CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion of your information, and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell). 6. Data retention
We retain RFQ and customer correspondence for as long as needed to support your project and our ongoing business relationship, after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
The Site uses HTTPS for all traffic. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information in our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
