Integrated, end-to-end manufacturing.
We don't broker — we cast, mold, machine, finish, and ship from a single integrated facility. That's how pricing stays direct and quality stays controlled.

In-house, end-to-end.
Ductile Iron Casting
10 production lines including horizontal hydrostatic molding for high-volume standard sizes and vertical molding for large or non-standard frames. Furnace and ladle metallurgy controlled to ASTM A536 65-45-12 chemistry on every heat.
Composite (BMC/SMC) Molding
30+ hydraulic presses with a dedicated mold area and a continuous-fiber + steel-mesh skeleton process. Color, marking, and texture are molded in — no painted-on finishes that chip or fade.
Machining & Finishing
CNC and conventional machining for frame and cover seats, drilling for bolt-down configurations, and finish coating (bituminous, hot-dip galvanizing per ASTM A123, or specified alternative) applied in-house.
Quality Control
On-site spectroscopy lab for chemistry verification on every heat, tensile and Brinell hardness testing, dimensional QC against drawing tolerances, and AASHTO M306 proof-load testing on traffic-rated castings.
From melt to finished goods.
