Material documentation is only as good as the lab behind it. Our facility runs chemistry, microstructure, mechanical, and proof-load testing in-house — so the numbers on a mill cert or AASHTO M306 report trace back to equipment we operate, not a third party we hope got it right.

High-precision, high-stability optical emission spectrometer for routine elemental analysis of Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Co, Mg, Ti, Zn, Pb, Sn and their alloys, including C, Si, S, P, and Mn. Every heat is verified against the target ductile-iron chemistry before pouring.

Arc Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer

Paired with an arc combustion furnace to rapidly determine carbon and sulfur mass fractions in steel, iron, and alloys. Carbon and sulfur control is critical to graphite nodularity and the mechanical performance of ductile iron.

Observes the microstructure of metals and alloys — grain size, morphology, and phase composition — and detects defects such as cracks, inclusions, and porosity. The basis for relating material properties to microstructure and confirming graphite nodularity.

Microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo machine for tensile, compression, and bending tests on metallic and non-metallic materials. Confirms the 65 ksi tensile / 45 ksi yield / 12% elongation properties required by ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12.

Measures Brinell hardness of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished castings to evaluate strength, wear resistance, and toughness — ensuring lot-to-lot consistency against specification.

Manhole Cover Pressure Testing Machine

JGW-1000D · Jinan HST (electro-hydraulic servo)

Microcomputer-controlled servo press that loads finished covers — ductile iron and composite alike — to their rated proof load to verify structural strength and stability. This is the test behind every H-20 / D400 / E600 load-rating claim.

Test records — spectroscopy chemistry, mechanical properties, hardness, and proof-load reports — are prepared per project specification and supplied with the production lot. Equipment list and full bilingual specifications available on request.
